1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests must be made via email or phone using the contact details below.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Furnup reserves the right to approve or reject any cancellation request.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
    • Order canceled within the allowed time
    • Product is out of stock after payment
    • Duplicate payment made
  • Refunds will not be applicable once the product has been shipped or delivered, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You may be required to share images or videos as proof.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
